Men on the move

This physical activity programme for MEN. Do you want to feel fitter and have more energy? This is fun and gradually gets more challenging to suit your individual progress. Come on your own or you can bring your friends.

Women on wheels in Limerick

The ever popular Women on Wheels programme is aimed at beginner and intermediate female adults. You will be taught how to change a tyre, road safety and everything you need to know to enjoy becoming road cyclist in a safe group environment.

Bike for Life in Clare

An exciting 8 week programme that will guide you from 0km to 60km, with helpful tips along the way from qualified coaches. You will learn all the basic rules of the road, how to cycle in a safe manner, bike maintenance, changing a puncture & the confidence to cycle in a group. All you need is a roadworthy bike and a helmet!
